Thooshan, manufacturing for the past four years from a fully automated robotic plant, creates single-use plastic alternatives from agri-waste like wheat bran, paddy husk, broken rice, and rice bran. Our mission is to spark a cutlery revolution by replacing disposable plastics with eco-friendly plates, bowls, spoons, and straws that, after use, can serve as animal feed or organic manure-reducing landfill waste and raising public awareness.
This semi automatic package, including all machines and accessories, will cost Rs.25 laks (Rs.25,00,000) including GST BUT excluding transport and installation charges.
Fully automatic will be Rs.75 laks (Rs.75,00,000), with same output

The machine operates fully automatically during processing and is fine-tuned by our team. Only the raw material feeding and product collection are done manually, requiring a minimum of three people per shift. It produces one plate per minute, with a capacity of four plates every four minutes.

The following are the additional accessories provided as support and as part of package:
Dye:

• 4 dyes of same size as per your requirement in round shape. No other shape is possible. You may choose any one
• ТҮРЕ (12″, 10″ or 8″ as the case may be) C45 material, with male and female part, with polishing and hard chrome plated.
• Machines can produce only 4 plates, either two of 12″ or two of 10″ or 8″. 1 plate produced per minute (4 plates in 4 minutes)
• Any extra dye required will need an extra amount to be paid

Blender
1 ribbon blender with 30-liter capacity, SS 304 make. Mixing the rice husk with natural bonding material.

Shredding and Grinding machine:
1 HP single phase machine Plate shredder for damaged plates for reuse. Any plates damaged during processing can be reused again as a mix, while making new plates.

Requirements from your side:
Space required
Minimum 1000 sqft shed with a height of 15ft or above. There will be sound while making plates. Floor to be concrete to fix the heavy-duty machine without any undulations and to be a flat surface.

• Hydraulic oil
• 300 liters HP ENKLO 068 or similar (Available locally)

Water required
Drinking water for blending the mix, approximately 1000 liters per day or less

Tools
All types of industrial tools required for mechanical and electrical works

Raw materials
Availability of same type of raw materials throughout the year. Any change in raw material grade will require machine recalibration. We will install the machine, and it will be calibrated once and for a single type of raw material. The machine will not work if any new raw material or new combinations are used and we will not be responsible for any machine damage.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Taxes: GST 18%
• Payment: 50% advance, balance against proforma invoice before dispatch of goods (All payment accepted as NEFT or RTGS only)
• Delivery Time: 10 to 15 Weeks from the date of purchase order along with advance payment.
• Delivery: Ex – Factory, Freight to pay basis
• Erection and Commissioning: Done Free of cost. But Train/Air Fare, Boarding & Lodging, Conveyance to Site for a minimum of 3 people to be borne by you. Minimum 1 week is required for commissioning
• Guarantee: One year against any manufacturing defects.
• Validity: The rate quoted above is valid up to 30days from the date of offer.

All loading charges will be done from our side. Unloading using cranes and charges thereof, to be borne by the buyer, locally.
